2. What is The Maison Valeur’s return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Customers are responsible for return shipping in cases of change of mind. We cover the cost if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
• Order cut-off time: 17:00 (CET)
• Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit time: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days

4. Can I exchange an item?
We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
For all other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.
