Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days from the order date
Shipping Process
Courier Services: We collaborate with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are trackable.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this number to monitor the package online.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@themaisonvaleur.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us so we can check with the courier and resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation
An order can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, you must immediately send us an email at info@tlotilie.com. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled as processing will have already started. The customer must then receive the delivery and follow our Return and Refund Policy to return the unwanted item.
